      Description

      Where manual snapshots are delivering components on a KIT on D02 or higher, an incorrect Rounding Tax amount is calculated as a negative and History Total is then incorrect.  

      Notes:  Components of a Template are delivered correctly in 7.02.01 D01 and higher - see DEV-7758
