CLONE - Taking a Parent off 'On Hold' to take children off 'On Hold'

      Description

      When a Parent / Head Office account is put On Hold, all child / branch accounts are also put On Hold. When a parent is taken off On Hold, it should flow through to the children but doesn't - they stay 'On Hold' and have to be taken off one by one.
