Inventory Picture selection always defaults to "My Pictures" folder - persist last selection instead

The main inventory picture can be changed or saved by right clicking the picture and selecting the options from the context menu.

The path used is always the "My Pictures" folder.  It would be convenient if this was persisted per user.
