Period End Date for NEXT YEAR Period 12 is incorrect where there are only 2 unrolled years in GL Setup form

Where there are only 2 unrolled years in the General Ledger > Configuration > Setup form running the Trial Balance report, GLMGT300 - Trial Balance.rpt, if you run it for NEXT YEAR period 12, you will get an incorrect date at the top of the report. (Usually 13 Mar 1905).
