Add Longitude and Latitude fields to Sales Order Delivery Address

DEV-7638 added Latitude & Longitude to the debtor delivery addresses.

When a sales order is created, the delivery address information is denormalised (copied) to the sales order history delivery fields.  We should add the Latitude & Longitude fields from the debtor delivery address.

We should also have a way of manually entering the Latitude & Longitude, as well as geocoding the address for when it's a drop-shipment address or the address is simply keyed by the user on the sales order (e.g.: Cash sale)

This is necessary for delivery route calculations.
