Adding fields in Debtor Template Systems does not update debtor records with templates attached

New fields for existing debtor template do not display in a debtor record where the template is already attached to the customer.

Steps to reproduce:

• Set up a debtor system template.
• Add Debtor System to a debtor save (and add some service history through Debtor Template).
• Add extra fields through Configuration => Debtor System Templates.
• Go to debtor system in debtor, new fields do not show.
