Un-destroy the demo data

The support department have soiled the demo database that is shipped with Jiwa, namely:

The menu (Customer, Suppliers as well as Debtors, Creditors)
The default filters are wrong for many forms (i.e. Sales Orders defaults to Account No instead of Invoice No.)
UoM columns are visible on forms (i.e. sales orders, quotes), which creates clutter and confuses
Some Jiwa users have messed up menus, for example api user has "Debtors" and "Customers" sections on the menu.
The year needs to be rolled.

Please address the above issues and perform a general check, tidy-up, and sanity test of figures (i.e. rec reports).
