Performing a POST or PATCH operation on a GRN which provides LineDetails will result in the quantity being 0

DEV-7112 seems to have introduced this issue.

When the line details for a GRN item are provided, the GRN is created with a 0 quantity being received.  Opening the GRN in Jiwa and drilling into the quantity to open the serial selection form does show the line details.

However, when the GRN is activated, the 0 quantity lines are removed.

Should be able to patch a GRN with LineDetails and it set to quantity correctly.
