DTO Deserialisation of GRN line details is performed twice

The DTO_Deserialise method of the LineDetailCollection of GRN's incorrectly deserialises new line details twice - a new line detail is created, deseerialised, added to the collection and then deserialised again.

This should only be done once.

No significant impact other than deserialise events would be fired multiple times making plugin interaction difficult.
