Installing Service Releases may error updating Jiwa services with "Service could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services"

      Description

      When installing an update of Jiwa (new version or a service release) the following error may occur: 

      Service '%s'
(%s.exe) could not be installed.  Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services

       %s above refers to the service name (Either the Jiwa Selfhosted API or the Jiwa Plugin Scheduler).

      The cause for the error is the service has been configured to use a user account.

      The workaround is to change the service properties via services.msc to use the local system account, and then attempt the installation.
