CLONE - Debtor account with unactivated transactions can be linked to a Parent account without warning

Where a debtor account has unprocessed sales orders, adding that account as a child account to another debtor does not update the parent account when the transaction is activated.  Warning to display when debtor account is being as a child and prevent linking until the sales order is processed.
