Quantity is always 0 when looking output line details on a closed work order.

Steps in demo data:
**You may need to perform a yearly rollover twice first to be able to post.
New work order for SS-ROLL
Set production qty to 1
Set status to started. Save.
Set status to Closed. Save.
Double right click on the Quantity Output - Quantity is 0 in dialog but should be 1.
