GLMGT235 - Profit & Loss With Actuals, Budgets, Variance is incorrect when reporting Budgets

There are various issues with the report as follows (examples):

• Reporting against any budget, any comparative incorrectly shows a budget figure for Last Year - should be 0.00
• Printing Period Range 1 to 2 for Budget 2 is adding Period 2 twice instead of adding 1 and 2 together
• Printing Period 01 to 01 for Budget 2 is reporting budget figures for Period 2 not period 1
• Printing Period 01 to 01 for Budget 3 is reporting budget figures for Period 3
