Importing an Inventory Item which is attached to an Attribute Group Template from XML using name will fail with Name not found

If you export an inventory item to xml, then edit the XML file and remove the RecID tag of any attached attribute group templates and save, you will be unable to import that attribute group - an error that the attribute group name is not found will always occur.

This is caused by the method ReadFromName of the Configuration.AttributeGroupTemplate.Template class incorrectly comparing name with RecID.
