Version 7.02.00 does not check for a valid StaffID for CR_Notes or CR_Documents

      Description

      A staff member had been deleted in V6 some time ago.  Loading creditor record errored - see attached screen shot.  Dealer had to reassigned a valid StaffID for all records with the deleted StaffID
